White tea is the least processed of all teas and gets its name from the silvery-white hairs on the unopened buds of the plant. Like green tea, white tea is made from unoxidized leaves. The young buds and leaves are withered in sunlight, and this gentle process gives white tea its delicate, fragrant taste. We offer two exceptional examples of white tea.
